Project Overview
Numa Immigrations is an immigration consulting firm that helps individuals study, work or relocate to Canada. It needed a corporate website that builds trust, explains its services, and lets clients book and pay for consultations online.
Verdant DevCore Technologies designed and built the website on a content management system, with scheduling through Calendly and payments through Stripe and a Nigerian payment gateway.
Business Challenge
Immigration is a high-stakes decision, so prospective clients need to trust a consultant before they book. Numa needed a site that presents its services and client testimonials professionally and makes the next step obvious.
Its clients pay in different currencies: US and Canadian dollars as well as Nigerian naira. And arranging consultations by email or phone means back-and-forth to agree a time. The new site had to handle packages, availability, confirmation and payment in one smooth flow.

Why Numa Immigrations Chose Verdant DevCore Technologies
After discussing Numa’s needs, we proposed a website that would build the brand and support its growth, with booking and payments built in from the start rather than added later.
Our structured process and a three-to-four-week timeline gave Numa a clear path to launch, followed by two weeks of free maintenance and the option of ongoing web care.
The Solutions
We designed and built a corporate website centred on the consultation journey:
- Home, About and Services pages that explain who Numa helps and how.
- A Testimonials page that shares the experience of past clients.
- Consultation packages that clients can compare and choose from.
- Availability and confirmation through Calendly, so clients pick a time that suits them.
- Payments in US and Canadian dollars through Stripe, and in naira through Paystack or Flutterwave.
- A Contact page with a contact form, plus terms of use and privacy policy pages.
The site is responsive and cross-browser compatible, with Google Analytics, a web application firewall, a security audit application and two-factor admin login. A location finder is planned for when a physical office address is available.
Impact
Clients can choose a consultation package, pick a time and pay in their own currency in a single visit, without waiting for an email reply. Calendly keeps Numa’s calendar up to date, and payment is taken before the consultation.
Testimonials and a clear presentation of services help build the trust immigration clients need before they commit, while analytics show Numa which services and pages attract the most interest.

Key Takeaways
- Make the next step easy. Combining packages, scheduling and payment in one flow turns interest into booked consultations.
- Serve clients in their own currency. Supporting US dollars, Canadian dollars and naira removes a common barrier for international clients.
- Trust comes before booking. Testimonials and clear service pages matter as much as the booking system in a high-stakes service like immigration.
